The insurance reimburses you in the event of cancellation of the rental, in particular in the event of :

Redundancy, finding a job, cancellation or change of holiday dates

and other cancellation clauses
The insurance also covers you if your stay is interrupted.

Subscription
The insurance is offered by Homeassur, in partnership with Gritchen Affinity and Areas Assurance, for a fee of around 5.10% of the cost of the stay.
It must be taken out directly with Homeassur via the website :

The policy must be taken out when you sign the rental contract that we will send you, or at the latest within 5 days of the date of signing.
